What is ThetaHealing®?

In a ThetaHealing® session, clients discuss areas of their life where they are experiencing challenges or would like to make changes. The practitioner will use a guided meditation to help the client experience the deeply relaxing, peaceful theta brainwave. The theta brainwave allows us to contact to the subconscious mind where your experiences, memories, creativity, emotions, beliefs, and spiritual connection are stored. The practitioner realigns the energetic field to clear blockages and limiting beliefs, and establish more helpful patterns. Performing this work while a person experiences theta as the dominant state allows the client to bypass the beta state, which is our normal operating state, and can interrupt with old ‘baseline’ thoughts. Sessions are deeply relaxing and often leave clients feeling ‘renewed,’ ‘energised,’ and ‘deeply peaceful.’

What to expect from a ThetaHealing® treatment?

ThetaHealing® is named for the theta brainwave state which all humans naturally experience during sleep, deep relaxation, meditation, daydreaming, and when in the flow of creative activities. ThetaHealing® can help to identify the causes of blockages to the natural functioning of a person, like belief systems, repressed emotions, fears, traumas and genetically held traits. These blockages can cause people to feel ‘stuck’ and not be able to align with the experiences they want to have in their life. The therapy allows the person to look for those blocks or obstacles, and connect to the highest source to release the subconscious core beliefs and blocks, and establish more helpful beliefs and thought patterns.
