Theta Healing is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy named for the theta brainwave state. This is the deeply relaxed state humans naturally experience during sleep, meditation, or creative "flow."

The ThetaHealing® technique is designed to help identify the energetic origins of personal obstacles—such as limiting belief systems, emotional patterns, and fears. These subconscious blocks can often make us feel ‘stuck’ or out of alignment with our goals. By accessing the theta state through guided meditation, we can identify these obstacles and work to release limiting beliefs, replacing them with more supportive and empowering thought patterns.
